SMART Recovery (Self-Management and Recovery Training), is an evidence-based, self-empowering support group that aims to build practical, proven, self-management, and recovery skills. For youth and young adults under the age of 25.

CASON provides comprehensive alcohol, drug and gambling/gaming/internet addiction treatment for individuals and their families. Services are free, professional and confidential. Funding for Community Addiction Services of Niagara (CASON) has been provided by Ontario Health. We are also proud to receive funding from and partner with several other organizations for innovative specialized programs.
